CPR for California - Rank Your Priorities

California's government is broken. The legislature cannot properly budget the state's finances. The initiative process has failed. The influence of a wealthy few trumps the voice of the average voter. Before we can tackle the economic and environmental problems that bedevil our state, we must fix the broken politics that produced those problems.

The Citizens Plan to Reform California - CPR for California - is your chance to change the way California is governed. It includes twelve reforms to our elections, our initiatives, our budget, and our equal rights. CPR for California restores power to we the people. Structural reform will make progressive solutions possible, whether it's universal health care or getting California back to work.

The only way California will be revived is if we the people do it ourselves. Thank you for helping provide CPR for California. Together we will make 2009 a progressive year for a progressive state.
